IT Architect, formerly Network Magazine, ceased publication with the March 2006 issue. IT Architect incorporated Data Communications Magazine's editorial initiatives and was aimed at service providers and others playing a vital role in creating the New Public Network, the vast new telecommunications infrastructure being built largely on Internet Protocol standards. Each issue of IT Architect featured strategic analysis and views of emerging technologies and product reports in the form of detailed case studies.
